Gloucester asks residents what a citywide arts plan should do

Gloucester is starting a conversation about a citywide arts and culture plan, and it wants residents in the room.
The city's arts and culture coordinator and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council will hold a community information and discussion session on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Kyrouz Auditorium at City Hall, 9 Dale Ave.
The session will cover what a plan could look like for the city and why the city thinks it needs one. The city is asking people to RSVP through its website.
